Well, we’ve had David Tennant (unintentionally) give several American accents a go in Rex is Not Your Lawyer. Now, let’s see how Matt Smith, Karen Gillan and Arthur Darville do at New Jersey/New York (isn’t Snooki from New York originally?), Alaska and wherever the crap Ghostface Killah is from, as they read out some celebrity tweets in their best American accents. Matt Smith seems to think they all come from Texas or thereabouts.
