Peep Show team to make a movie

Sorry. Missed this one. It was in my folder of things from Friday, but the folder got moved, yadda yadda, yadda.

Anyway, Mitchell and Webb are going to be making a movie for Universal, according to Variety. Writer Jesse Armstrong is coming along, as are Juliet Stephenson and Peter Capaldi.

Director is Andrew O’Connor, whom you may remember from kids TV during the 80s. He’s also a bit of a magic obsessive, since he’s responsible for Derren Brown’s shows, as well as Magick and Rajan and His Evil Hypnotists. So quelle surprise that the movie’s called Magicians.
