While Ali Larter’s off keeping her hand in the random by feeding her baby salmon and seaweed, on Random Acts, we’re once again left with Scarlett Johansson to really up the ante by randomly praising her new hobby, vegan baking, Penelope Cruz’s kissing technique and playing random dress up again. Isn’t she reliable?
Well, Scarlett Johansson’s busy this week dealing with some naughty hackers, something that has clearly revived her love of champagne. So we’re going to have to turn to some new random actors to help out this week.
Henry Winkler, aka The Fonz, has arbitrarily been made an Honorary Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. Which is quite random.
But it’s Nicolas Cage, the crowned King of Random, who has chosen this week to recount his night of terror at the hands of a naked man eating a Fudgesicle at the foot of his bed. I don’t think anyone’s going to top that. Well done Nicolas.

So it’s been a very random week for everyone this week. Scarlett Johansson is off drinking champagne with Bollywood stars and petitioning for more screen time in The Avengers so she won’t be a token woman. But she’s also singing duets with LuLu Gainsbourg as well as a virtual Dean Martin.
Meanwhile, not-normally-so-random Evan Rachel Wood has decided to lose a tooth and hit on Amber Heard…
…who’s randomly off filming the USO episode of The Playboy Club and de-butching TV lesbians.
Meanwhile, Joanna Page is filming a documentary about romance in sitcoms for UKTV, praising Swansea and turning up on men’s doorsteps with 56-man Welsh voice choirs to offer them holidays in Wales.
She probably wins for randomness this week.
