It’s reunion time! The Fresh Prince and Buffy crews have all got back together

Gosh. This week we’ve seen not one but two cast reunions. First up, we had (most of) The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air‘s cast getting together for charity. While Uncle Phil (James Avery) had sadly passed away, Will Smith, Tatyana Ali (Ashley), Karyn Parsons (Hilary), Alfonso Ribeiro (Carlton), Daphne Maxwell Reid (Aunt Vivian no. 2), and Joseph Marcell (Geoffrey) were all in attendance to help the Sweet Blackberry Foundation.

Janet Hubert (Aunt Vivian no. 1)? Not so interested in attending…

The Fresh Prince finished 21 years ago, but Buffy The Vampire Slayer started 20 years this year and to commemorate, there was a much bigger event, this one organised by Entertainment Weekly.

That got a cover shot, as well as a video…

A switch to a new host…

Well, it’s nearly been a decade since I switched web host, but Livingdot has proven so unreliable, inept and pricey in the past year (well, more than usual) that I’ve decided it’s time to switch host again. Actually, I was going to switch some time in the next month, but this morning, Livingdot decided I’d gone over my bandwidth limit for the month (“Please be informed that cPanel calculates bandwidth per month basis.… The bandwidth will be reset by 1st of next month”), even though my payment schedule is from the 25th of the month, so I figured I might as well push it through now, rather than pay Livingdot some more money for the extra bandwidth. Apologies to anyone looking for TMINE this morning and who couldn’t find it…

So far, A2 Hosting seems to be okay and at the very least has neither a bandwidth limit nor a storage limit, all for half the price, so I’m pleased. Hopefully, everything’s been migrated properly, but if you notice anything amiss, let me know.

Weekly Wonder Woman

Weekly Wonder Woman: Wonder Woman #19, Batman ’66 Meets Wonder Woman ’77 #9

Apparently, there’s more than one movie featuring Wonder Woman coming out this year. Who knew? As well as Wonder Woman, there’s one called Justice League, too, which is directed by Zac “Dark and Gritty” Snyder.

Unveiled this week was an official site full of Photoshoppable images, as well as several posters, including one of our Diana:

Better still, she features in a new trailer for the movie…

…as do the Amazons, who appear to be fighting some parademons in somewhere dark and gritty…

…as does Amber Heard playing that Mera from Atlantis. You can rewatch the trailer to check. Treat yourself.

After the jump, though, we can talk comics. Two releases of note: Wonder Woman #19 and Batman ’66 Meets Wonder Woman ’77 #9. See you in a mo.
