Every Tuesday, TMINE flags up what new TV events BAFTA is holding around the UK

A quick last-minute addition to the schedule from BAFTA that’s a tad exclusive – you have to be a member and it’s in Port Talbot for a change (that’s where Bang is set/filmed).

This event is for members and invited guests only. The producers of the BAFTA Cymru and Celtic Media Festival award-winning S4C drama series Bang are delighted to invite you to the premiere of the second series.

The pioneering bilingual series returns to S4C this month with David Hayman and Alexander Vlahos joining cast regulars Jacob Ifan, Catrin Stewart, Jack Parry-Jones, Nia Roberts and Suzanne Packer.

The crime drama sees Sam return from prison while his sister Gina investigates a series of murders related to a historic rape case.

Bang is written by Roger Williams, directed by Philip John and produced by Catrin Lewis Defis for Joio.

It is an S4C Original supported by Welsh Government and distributed by Banijay Rights.

Please note, this preview will have English subtitles and the episode includes strong language with scenes some viewers might find distressing.

The screening will be followed by a drinks reception – this event is for members and invited guests only.
