Stephen Amell: American Ninja Warrior

Although he doesn’t do the ‘salmon ladder’ every episode any more, Arrow‘s Stephen Amell still quite fit and does a lot of his own stunts. So much so, he’s wanted to take part in American Ninja Warrior for ages.

Well, he’s finally getting his chance on the US version of Red Nose Day, and it seems like he’s actually quite good at it…
