Someone else who doesn’t like the TV shows he appears in: Angus T Jones

Usually, you wait until you’ve left a franchise before you blast it to pieces in interviews. Okay, maybe not if you’re Megan Fox, but look what happened to her in the Transformers franchise. Alec Guinness waited until he was out of Star Wars and Robert Pattinson just about got away with it by being virtually irreplaceable in Twilight (although Rachelle Lefevre got the boot for no adequately explored reason between movies two and three).

But now Angus T Jones, the youngest star of Two and a Half Men (he’s the half), has decided to tell everyone to stop watching it because he doesn’t want to be in it any more.

If you watch Two and a Half Men, please stop watching Two and a Half Men. I’m on Two and a Half Men, and I don’t want to be on it… Please stop watching it. Please stop filling your head with filth. Please.

Fair enough. I think I can manage that.
