A trailer for BBC4’s Dirk Gently

Howard Overman, the very talented man behind Misfits, has adapted Douglas Adams’ Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency as a one-hour drama for BBC4 starring Stephen Mangan, Helen Baxendale and Darren Boyd, and called simply Dirk Gently. If successful, it could become a TV series.

Now, here’s the trailer. What do you think? Good or not? Series or not?

[Rob, have I mentioned that I love you, lately?] or, you know, ever, since I’m a first time visitor to your site. I only happened upon it when googling Dirk Gently’s horoscope. AND OH MY GODS! I had no idea of any of this!
So you just made my day!
    Thank you!

Looking at the whiteboard at 0:23s (480p version), I can spot quite a lot of familiar things from the book so there must be a certain amount of faithfulness to it. Still wonder how they can fit it into a hour though.
