Howard Overman, the very talented man behind Misfits, has adapted Douglas Adams’ Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency as a one-hour drama for BBC4 starring Stephen Mangan, Helen Baxendale and Darren Boyd, and called simply Dirk Gently. If successful, it could become a TV series.
