Another moving video: Grissom leaves CSI
It seems to be weepy video day today at The Medium is Not Enough. After Johnny Cash earlier, here’s Grissom saying goodbye to all his colleagues at CSI. It starts to get very moving about three minutes in, even more so at 4 mins 30, assuming you can spot the clues.
Obviously don’t watch it if you don’t want to spoiled and haven’t seen it yet. But go on, you know you want to, especially cos Laurence Fishburne’s in there, too.
Most moving music video ever? Johnny Cash’s Hurt
It’s a cover of a Nine Inch Nails song, but combined with the video, it’s Johnny Cash and his wife making his obituary – he died shortly after – and they both know it. The most moving music video ever or do you have a better suggestion?
It’s available from iTunes, of course.
Random Acts of Ali Larter: Thankful
Today, Ali Larter is thankful. Thankful that she’s being interviewed by Al Roker? Probably not. Thankful that she received from American Women in Radio and Television the 2008 Gracie award for outstanding supporting actress in a drama? Naturally. Thankful that Barack Obama has replaced George W Bush as president of the United States? She certainly wouldn’t be in a minority.
Personally, I think she’s thankful because it’s Thanksgiving and she’s watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving parade. What do you think?
