So even though I’m not here, you can still stare at David Tennant sitting down until he’s permanently embedded in your monitor display/retinas. Holiday meme of the week: Favourite overseas excursion?

A nice, simple meme this week, I hope, in keeping with the August spirit:

What’s your favourite TV show or TV episode filmed abroad?

So depending on how you feel like answering, it might simply be your favourite foreign TV show. It might be a whole TV show from your native country that’s filmed in another country (so Wallander if you’re from the UK or The Philanthropist if you’re American). It might be simply an episode (typically a Christmas episode) that’s been filmed in another country (eg Bones‘ season premier filmed in the UK). It’s up to you.

Mine, incidentally, is The Aphrodite Inheritance. But how about you?
