Well, you might have seen bits of being filmed on Top Gear and felt distinctly unimpressed, but this ‘ere trailer for The Sweeney does look a whole lot better. Actually feels quite a lot like the original show, and Ray Winstone is at least genuine East End, plus it has Damian Lewis from Homeland and Hayley Atwell from Captain America in it. Does feel a bit like it’s shouting “We’re in London! London!” at you, though.
