Rosi Sexton, someone I used to train with and teach jiu jitsu back in the 90s (I was light blue at the time and she was but a white belt, although I’m pretty sure she could kick my arse now), is now Britain’s top female cage-fighter. On Thursday, BBC4 is showing a Storyville documentary about Rosi as she travels to the US to fight MMA star Debi Purcell. Give it a watch – it should be fun!
