Get Smart being remade

More news of remakes we really didn’t need: Steve Carell, star of The Office (US) and The 40-Year-Old Virgin, is to become Maxwell Smart in a film version of Get Smart. Filming starts next year.

He’s a talented guy, but really, what’s the point?
