Surprised White Collar is under "don't watch". I mean, I'm not watching it but for the type of show it is, I think it does it quite well.

I guess part of the problem is of course that there is so much better to watch that merely good doesn't cut it any more. Bizarrely though I know plenty of people that purposefully stay away from good tv and embrace the mediocre (I assume because it is more relaxing).

I've seen enough of these shows now to know how they generally pan out in terms of rate of explanation and knew that whatever was going on, the journey itself was going to be too dull to make the conclusion worth it all.

@bob: You're not wrong, but White Collar's there, because it's not bad, but it's just not compelling. There's nothing really that new there, and the characters aren't really interesting enough.
