Comment from Toby O'B

I won't give away any spoilers, but the season finale for 'Mad Men' was the most thrilling episode of television for me since the first season finale of 'Slings & Arrows' and before that, the "Let Bartlet Be Bartlet" episode of 'The West Wing'. Moments that had me pumping my fist and on the edge of my seat for the sheer excitement over what was taking place on screen and in celebration of the writing.

I won't even say what genre of film it also reminded me of, for fear of ruining such a great experience. But I will say this - bringing Jared Harris on board as Lane Pryce this year was a genius stroke.

The only thing is, it's not going to have the same resonance if you just tune in for that one episode as it would if you've been following the last three years.
