I put off reading your reviews of the stuff I have a shot at seeing until after I see them. (I'm easily influenced, he said sheepishly.) But I think lots of us would make that 'Scanners' connection; the eyes are that intense! (Agreed with the rest of the review, so I am glad I saw it first and know that I came to those conclusions on my own.)

Oh well.... it's only until Leno arrives in the Fall, so it'll fill out a Thursday night's viewing. Hopefully Burn Notice is more than enough to balance off this and "Royal Pains"....
