But looking at that scene with that idea lodged in my head, I could almost buy into that being a Calleigh double in the long shot; just to spare Emily from having to be in the same shot with him!

Back in 2004 Procter and Caruso had noteworthy dialouges together.
In episode "Going Ballistic" Procter and Caruso and an alibi scene where Procter handed Caruso a sheet of paper mumbled a sentence and went off.
We don't know what has occured between those two but it must have been something big. Maybe Caruso would be advised to change his rotten attitude.
