Does Doctor Who do that these days? I mean, the Doctor has picked on Mickey for not being sufficiently masculine when screaming ("School Reunion"), he's eschewed dull and tedious labwork in favour of waving a sonic screwdriver in the general direction of a problem, and generally ponces about like someone to whom the universe owes respect (and probably protection money).
