I laughed a couple of times, but that's not enough for a flagship Friday night show, surely?! The fact is, Linehan has always done farce very well, but farce needs great performers (Ardal O'Hanlon, Bill Bailey etc) to make it sparkle. He hasn't got that here, so it's all just a little flat... for me, anyhow.

I'm glad I did I thought it was a real improvement on the last series. The physical comedy was cracking. Also some of the cringeworthy scenes (wheelchairs etc) where pretty funny too. Not probably as good as Peep Show but def worth a look. Maybe we should just give it a chance instead of cancelling it straight of. Seems that's the problem with current tv... like in the US. Its hardly here before its gone.. not giving you a chance to find out what happens next (take Daybreak for example).
