But I've been ranting about the same thing as well. because I am confused. Over in the UK season one DID have the original Massive Attack "Teardrop" intro music. It was only with season two they changed it... At least I notice immediately that they had dumped the original music when I starting watching season two.

House has never aired with the proper theme in the UK (and I watched it on both Hallmark and Five to be sure). The first season tune sounds like Teardrop, but is actually something completely different, as you'll see if you go to the YouTube video above.
