Erm... it won't play.

But I've been ranting about the same thing as well. because I am confused. Over in the UK season one DID have the original Massive Attack "Teardrop" intro music. It was only with season two they changed it... At least I notice immediately that they had dumped the original music when I starting watching season two.

Really? It works fine over here and I've tried it on a couple of Macs now. Maybe it's a Windows thing. Anyway, you can also view it at YouTube .

House has never aired with the proper theme in the UK (and I watched it on both Hallmark and Five to be sure). The first season tune sounds like Teardrop, but is actually something completely different, as you'll see if you go to the YouTube video above.

I don't know why I got so het up about this. It was so obvious you would be right, yet I kept persisting in delusion...

I've checked in Windows now and you're right, it doesn't play properly in Internet Explorer, although it's fine in Firefox. If you get the latest version of the Flash plugin, though, it works fine once you restart IE. Bloody Internet Explorer.
