Every weekday morning before 9am, I put together the daily news. After that, it's a bit random. I try to put together at least one extra item per day, but work being what it is, I can't always do that. But it won't be more than three days between extra items and if I've been a bit slack during the week, I'll try to make it up at the weekend.
