NBC's in the crapper, although "Rex Is Not Your Lawyer" does sound like it fits in their new game plan to have lighter fare for the 9 pm hour. But this show would really work best on USA Network, an NBC subsidiary which has those light-hearted, character shows like 'Psych', 'Monk', 'Burn Notice', and the latest, 'White Collar'.

The title needs to be changed though; too wordy, needs to be punched up.....
