Supernatural parodies CSI, Grey's Anatomy and other shows for Changing Channels

Posted on November 9, 2009 | 3 comments |

For once, the funniest thing on TV last week wasn't Community or The Thick of It but Supernatural. Changing Channels saw our heroes thrown into an alternative TV universe, in which rather than having to slay demons and ghosts, they have to survive Japanese game shows, CSI: Miami and Grey's Anatomy.

After the jump, clips of the best bits, but first a promo and the alternative title sequence for this episode to give you an idea of the flavour.

CSI/CSI:Miami

That looks pretty cool, though I have no idea what season we are getting here so it will probably be a few years before I see this one.
And I don't think I've ever actually watched that show in english, the voices are way better than ours...

    Hi Sabine,
This is season 5 actually. I believe you live in France ? You can still catch up with the seasons by getting them on the internet. Il looks like you've got a good english, good enough to watch the show.

Sometimes it works the other way. I first saw The Persuaders! in France where it was called Amicalement Vôtre (IIRC). I was so disappointed when I saw it in English and I heard Tony Curtis's voice for the first time.
