    well, I did needed a good laugh...
    shiny pants! jazz hands! crazy smile! I can't help but imagine that in the middle of a torchwood episode, probably one in a parallel universe outburst or with an alien contraption that makes everyone 'dance', that or that Ianto decided it was time to jazz up the coffee.
