I can only hope BBC-A can get both the 'Gavin & Stacey' and 'Wallace & Gromit' Christmas specials over here during the actual season. It's ridiculous the way they make us wait so long after broadcast over there for shows like 'Doctor Who'. We usually see the Christmas specials in April!

And then they wonder why so many people resort to bit torrent....

Bonekickers cancelled? I'm shocked. Maybe I should submit my idea for a series about Traffic Wardens to fill the void? It's called Ticket Slingers.

I was thinking about a gripping drama set in the cut-throat world of competitive bee-keeping, with the characters as bitter rivals who race to select the best males to impregnate their queens and this breed uber-bees. It's called Dronepickers.

How about a series about itinerant mobile phone thieves - PhoneNickers. It's Hustle meets Phones4U! Starring Julie Graham, whichever of the Glenister brothers is available this week, Rupert Penry-Jones and (cont. on p 83)

I've got it! A quirky comedy drama about a bunch of cinema buffs who aim to screen guerrilla showings of classic movies inside St Paul's Cathedral, St Peter's Basillica, the British Museum Reading Room, and the Parthenon. It's called DomeFlickers.

A hard hitting drama set in the world of violent rock fans who concoct a plan to assault the lead singer of U2: Bonokickers

I think you're getting it confused with that meandering documentary about the people who make building materials out of dog biscuits. You know, BonioBrickers.

A different guest star every week! Catherine Zeta Jones! Davy Jones! Tommy Lee Jones! Vinnie Jones! Terry Jones! L.Q. Jones! Quincy Jones! Rickie Lee Jones! Rashida Jones! And each week the teams compete to be the first to lick them.

Yes, you guessed it. Coming soon - "Jones Lickers"
