Children in Need Doctor Who

David Tennant and David Morrissey in The Next Doctor

So what were we all thinking about the clip from the Doctor Who Christmas Special on Children in Need yesterday?

Me?

  1. Two minutes? That was a bit short, particularly since Rusty had already described everything in it in numerous interviews.
  2. Doesn't it suggest that The Next Doctor, as Mark and I hinted, might turn out to be just a little bit like Big Finish's The One Doctor?

I've embedded the clip below in case you missed it.

Well, I enjoyed it. (David where've you BEEN? We missed you...)
Kids who haven't seen all the internet babble about this were genuninely taken aback by the Second Doctor/Next Doctor etc, and I rather wished like them I hadn't seen anything about it too.

I agree it was too short, but I also think Christmas Day could be very very much fun.

Hadn't Rusty or someone already said it was based on The One Doctor?

Stuart, you may be thinking of these quotes from RTD's The Writer's Tale, in which he gives part of the game away.
