Fat Pig's cast is changing yet again, as regular readers will know. Joanna Page is heading off to film Gavin & Stacey's Christmas special so Kelly Brook's taking over as Jeannie. I've reviewed the play twice already, and maybe (given the rate at which their digital PR person keeps emailing me) I might review it for a third time with the new cast and theatre.
But here's the just released pics of the new cast including Kelly Brook. I can't help but notice that despite the caption on the photo as provided, that's not Ella Smith. Anyone know if the faux-Ella is her understudy or whether Ella's heading off, too? Cos that's news if it's true.

Apparently, it's Katie Kerr who was Ella Smith's understudy and (I think) was on that What shall we do with Maria show on BBC1. I don't know whether she's now going to be taking over from Ella Smith or not.

I'm sure she is taking over on the 13th with Kelly Brook...
She was in Little Shop of Horrors (Musical) before Fat Pig. And she was incredible. Hope she brings it with her...

I saw it last night. i thought kelly brook was actually really good. It was annoying though that the theatre let the paps in. Katie kerr was also in it. I found her a let down actually. It's unfortunate because i loved how ella smith played the role. Do you think they'll change cast again? I.m dissapointed!
