I know there is a lot of sentiment along the lines of "RTD: good riddance to bad rubbish" at the moment, and that I understand his logic of not wanting to be a 'ghost haunting the corridors that once were his'... BUT, there is a part of me that undeniably sad that RTD is going completely from the world of DW. Partly because, well, he may have stirred ire galore on his finales and unravelling of arcs etc but some of his single episodes were just BRILLIANT. I will definitely miss those.
