Well, I wasn't going to bother with registering to the Broadcast site; the summation was good enough with the news that 'Primeval' will eventually be seen in the USA. Woohoo!

Sure, I've been hearing not-so-kind things about the show, but I still want the chance to check it out. The plotlines sound simple enough, but so many shows with complicated mythologies can get trying after awhile.

Oh, God, Eleventh Hour? The thing that got completely scuppered by Patrick Stewart appearing on Extras and doing exactly the same performance, with Ashley Jensen looking uncomfortable next to him? Well, that and the fact that it was utter tripe? I wonder whether Rufus Sewell will be able to say the line 'I'ma scientist, and I'm here to make sure these things never happen again!' with a straight face. Patrick couldn't.

Yes, that thing I reviewed way back when - so long ago, I didn't even have Bastard to take screenshots for me.

Still, I like Rufus Sewell (we have a soft spot for him Chez TMINE since I took my wife to see him in Macbeth on our first date). He should have been big with Dark City - maybe he'll have a chance to make it big in the US now, if Bruckheimer does a good job with it. On the other hand, Bruckheimer's last show, Justice didn't fare so well.

I've been doing weekly episode reviews to not much acclaim. You can play catch up if you want. Second series finale review coming later today...

Lambertfest is set for April. A pity they didn't release a more specific date, then we could needlessly speculate it would tie in with the debut of Tennant and Ginge.

Oh, once I've seen them, I'll play search engine and go back to read them all. It's bad enough when I have to skip the Torchwood and Doctor Who reviews just for a few days until I see them!

I'm hoping I'll be able to have some fun linking the show to Prehistoric Park on Animal Planet......
