Sarah Jane and the Doctor Who references of Doom

Turns out that as predicted there weren't many references to Doctor Who in part one of Eye of the Gorgon, other than to those lovely Sontarans. Was part two any different? Let us know of any refs you might have spotted in the comments section below!
