My partner saw Amstell on Monday night in London essential doing a 'new material' gig to less than 50 people ("I'm on TV - I should be able to sell out 50 seats!"). He was by all accounts hilarious, adding annotations to his prompts of material (what worked, what didn't) and when late arrivals came asking what they'd missed [most of the set apparently] he basically read out the prompt notes he'd had to start with... hysterical for the audience who'd been there, baffling to the late arrivals. Just thought I'd share that.

Thundercats the movie... good grief! Is nothing sacred?

Johnny Depp as Panthra, Orlando Bloom as Liono, Bill Nighy as the main villain? And let's be honest, the Olsen Twins will no likely be the twins in the show.

    ARG!

    :(

    Thundercats: NOOOOO!

The Dark is Rising, though! I didn't know about that. Only one of my all-time favourites books. Could I be any more excited?

Unless Ron Pearlman is free... don't bother! Mind you think of the casting you could have?

Uma Thurman as Cheetara (ok I didn't get any further than this.. LOL)
