McFly and Doctor Who. That's got to be the weirdest clash of interests and deep dislikes I've seen in a while...

Anne Widdecombe and Who? Now there's a natural fit.

Its good to hear someone wants to take on the Ultraviolet mantel. I've long thought this series was under rated and should have been continued. Its just a shame that C4 didn't have the courage to do it. Fingers crossed it gets re-made properly....

There's a whole big interview with Joe Ahearne at the World Productions web site about why there wasn't a second series of Ultraviolet and it wasn't all Channel 4's fault.

There was an attempt to make a US version of it but it never got further than the pilot stage. Ahearne has a few things to say about it, too.
